Benefits of Pilates
The benefits of Pilates are emotional and physical. Teaches balance and control the body and mind, strengthens bone density and improve muscle strength, flexibility and posture.

How can Pilates help with stress management
Because it focuses on the mind-body, Pilates can double the benefits for stress management. While exercise itself can lower levels of stress hormones (like cortisol), quality of movements can help achieve inner awareness and calm along with a sense of mastery over the mind and body. Many practitioners feel with a refreshing mental force after a Pilates session.

How I can learn Pilates (Spanish): Centers Pilates
There are already numerous Pilates resources in Spanish, both online and in specialized centers, a growing number in Spain. Especially abundant in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Zaragoza, Alicante, Cordoba, Bilbao, Marbella … although there are in almost every capital of Spain. There are also excellent books, videos and DVDs on the market. Although not free, can not be said to be expensive, in some cases at least.
