Find Out if You Suffer From Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
Women only know what happens in us days before menstruation, hormonal changes as these days can cause different symptoms that are not just a figment of our imagination, but which are considered suffer PMS every month and many of us.
To find out if you suffer from premenstrual syndrome or PMS, keep in mind the following symptoms if they have a minimum of five, including at least one of the first four are diagnosed with PMS:
* Pronounced affective lability, eg, feeling suddenly sad, fearful, irritable or angry.
* Persistent anger or irritability and marked.
* Pronounced Anxiety, stress or feeling anxious or excited.
* Humor very depressed feelings of hopelessness or thoughts of self-deprecation.
* Reduced interest in usual activities.
* You feel fatigue or low energy easily.
* Feeling of difficulty concentrating.
* Change in appetite with marked overeating or craving exaggerated by some kind of food.
* Hipersonmnia (sleepiness) or insomnia.
* Physical symptoms like breast tenderness, headaches, joint pain and / or muscle pain, feeling of bloating, weight gain or otherwise.
This syndrome appears in the Diagnostic and Manual of Mental Disorders Stadistical and may influence significantly the woman for a few days, so its presence should be considered when evaluating health, food intake and psychological health of the person affected.
