10 Food Tips for Caring for the Thyroid
Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, no matter what you have, have in common that we must take care to avoid sudden imbalances in our lives. Food is one of the ways we do so, then we present the Ten Commandments to be considered fundamental.
1 .- The amount of iodine that we need to provide a daily basis is at about 150 micrograms.

3 .- Forget the misconception that the more salt will consume more iodine. Use it instead of iodinated normal and add it always end up cooking.
